DomiCorp Energy is one of the world's largest privately controlled producers of thermal coal, deep-water hydrocarbons and oil sands, with a rapidly growing position in rare-earth and lithium extraction.

We believe in an all-of-the-above energy strategy, provided that all of the above is below ground. Our portfolio includes 46 active mines, 19 offshore platforms, 3 Arctic shelf licences acquired in 2026, and a transition-metals division that supplies the raw materials for the technologies that will one day replace us. We are not concerned.

DomiCorp Agri & Marine is the world's largest private holder of pelagic fishing quota and a top-three producer of palm oil, with integrated cold-chain and protein logistics across 60 countries.

Our fleet of 340 industrial vessels operates around the clock in every ocean, guided by Domi Data acoustic intelligence. We hold the world's largest strategic sardine reserve, a matter in which the Chairman has taken a personal and sustained interest. Our palm oil operations have converted 1.9 million hectares of low-yield tropical forest into high-yield productive land, which we consider an improvement.

With 4.1 billion continuously updated individual profiles and 9,200 data points per person, Domi Data helps our clients understand who people are, what they will do next, and what they can be persuaded to accept. Our proprietary consent architecture ensures that every profile has been assembled in a manner that at least one jurisdiction considers lawful.

Domi Data does not sell personal data. It licenses it, which is different.

DomiCorp Materials produces the specialty polymers, coatings, solvents and persistent fluorinated compounds found in 9 out of 10 households, and in 10 out of 10 bloodstreams.

Our products are engineered to last. Many of them will outlast the customers who bought them, the facilities that made them, and the regulatory frameworks that reviewed them. We consider durability a core value. We manufacture across 38 plants, each located with careful attention to prevailing winds and jurisdiction.

Domi Security Solutions provides perimeter systems, autonomous surveillance, critical-infrastructure protection and sovereign resilience services to more than 70 governments and their most important corporate citizens.

We protect what matters. Our clients decide what that is. Our autonomous platforms operate on land, at sea and in the air, and are guided by Domi Data intelligence and by a set of rules of engagement reviewed annually by our General Counsel. Following the events of 2024, that review now takes place semi-annually.
