DomiCorp is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct and welcomes reports of any concern. The Hotline is operated by Domi Data on behalf of the General Counsel. Reports may be made by telephone, email or in person at our registered office (by appointment; appointments not currently available). All reports are treated in confidence and shared with the relevant business unit, the reporter's line manager, and the Office of the Chairman, for their awareness. DomiCorp prohibits retaliation against whistleblowers and reserves the right to define retaliation.
This statement is made pursuant to the relevant legislation of jurisdictions in which DomiCorp is required to make one. DomiCorp does not tolerate modern slavery in any part of its business or supply chain that it has looked at. During FY2025 the Group conducted risk assessments of its tier-one suppliers and found the level of assurance provided by those suppliers to be satisfactory. Tiers two to nine are the responsibility of tier one. This statement has been approved by the Board and signed on its behalf by the Chairman, in the usual way.
DomiCorp pays all taxes legally due in every jurisdiction in which it operates. The Group's tax strategy is to ensure that the amount legally due is as small as the law, properly understood, permits. Our effective tax rate reflects the international nature of our business, the location of our intellectual property in Zug, the location of our intra-group financing in Luxembourg, and the location of our profits in George Town. We engage constructively with tax authorities and, where necessary, with their governments. The Tax Transparency Report has been withdrawn.
